4500PA/PB is two-component Polyurethane casting system, have the properties of good thermal shock resistance, excellent electric properties, and low water absorption.

Ⅳ Application：

Used for casting of electric unit such as transformers, capacitors、filters etc。

Ⅴ Work method:

a)      Preheating：The unit preheat at 70~80℃for 1~2hour to remove humidity；

b)      Mixing：Weight A and B by mix ratio and mix thoroughly;

c)      Degassing：Degas the mixture B by vacuum;

d)      casting：Cast the degassed mixture into the preheated unit。

＃Max working temperature is considered according the available laboratory information. The final use temperature must be considering the thermal class of all other used components for construction of final device.

    Conformity to B class has been valuated according to IEC 60216 / IEC 60085.

Ⅶ Storage：

 Store the components in a dry place at 18-25℃,in tightly sealed original containers. Under these conditions, the

shelf life will correspond to the expiry date stated on the Label. After this date, the product may be processed

only after reanalysis. Partly emptied containers should be tightly closed immediately after use

Ⅷ Packing：

25Kg or 20kg  Metal Container
